Coriander is an annual culinary and medicinal herb from the umbellifer family with a growth height of up to 80 cm. Both the leaves and the seeds are used. The flowering period is between July and August.

Anbautipps

The sowing season for leaf coriander is from May to June. If you want to harvest seeds, you should sow from the end of March to May. Avoid growing coriander next to other umbellifers. The seeds are ready for harvest between August and September. Leaf coriander can be harvested until September.
