Description

This proven variety is shoot-resistant and very high yield. Its leaves are dark green in color and have strong red and very broad ribs. An eye-catcher in the garden, also for the perennial bed. Multiple cutting or regular harvesting of the outer leaves like picking lettuce possible.

Growing tips

Germination after 10-14 days at 15-20°C. From April-June for a harvest from June-October. By September for a harvest of leaves in the fall with protection until December. In the greenhouse wintering possible. In winter, possibly cover with fleece for protection. Frost resistant, but not frost proof. Harvest outer leaves, leave heart, then grow again.
