White chard, Russian variety with very broad stems and very large leaves that are also suitable for stuffing. Robust plants that germinate reliably
Non hybrid
Not frost resistant
2 plants are easily enough to feed one person. Cultivated like other chard varieties. The plants grow very large and the inflorescences are enormous. They can stay in the bed in warm winters. They survived the winter of 2021 to 2022 with 2 weeks of continuous frost of 20 degrees without any protection, but then shot (went into flower) in late spring.
