Agria is a predominantly firm-cooking, depending on weather and location also floury, medium-early to medium-late yielding potato variety. It is tasty, aromatic and has a yellow skin and flesh. It is easy to grow in the garden thanks to its healthiness. Agria is particularly suitable for chips, french fries, purees, stews and as a baked potato. Rich in starch. 130 - 150 days of ripening. Good shelf life.
Non hybrid
Not frost resistant
Agria has a long shelf life due to its very long dormancy. This makes pre-sprouting before planting recommended. Also good on heavier soils. Store at above 8°C.
