The horn-shaped, yellow and early variety Belle de Fontenay is a traditional French salad potato with firm flesh and excellent creamy-spicy flavor. Predominantly firm to hard boiling. Also called Hénaut or Baker. High resistance to wart disease and potato scab; more susceptible to late blight and viral diseases.
