Old variety. Forms long, slightly pink tubers with adhesions. Thin, easily edible skin and yellow flesh. Late and firm in cooking. Strong, spicy, slightly nutty flavor. Good shelf life. (From biogartenbedarf.de)
Non hybrid
Not frost resistant
Be sure to keep frost-free (at least 7°C). The tubers can be pre-germinated in moist sand in warm, bright rooms. From a growth height of 10 cm, mound about 20 cm. The variety tends to grow out of the perineum. To prevent the tubers from turning green, wide ridges should be made.
