Description
Princess is an early, firm and very high-yielding salad potato. Maturity: 110-130 days. It has oval tubers, yellow skin and yellow flesh. Its good late blight, scab and blue stain resistance make it well suited for organic production. Rather less good for storage due to low starch content.
