Sarpo Mira is a predominantly waxy potato variety with long-oval tubers. It originates from Hungary and has a light red skin and light yellow flesh. Fruity taste. Medium late, 150-170 days of ripening. High vigor against late blight and tuber blight. Somewhat susceptible to potato canker and nematodes.
