Description

Blue Anneliese is a blue-fleshed, blue-skinned, very late, firm-cooking potato variety. 150-170 days of ripening. Pleasantly strong, nutty flavor. Very high yielding and resistant to late blight and resistant to nematodes (Ro1(7), 3(8), 5(6)). Well suited to drier soils. Good for storage. Good for colorful potato salad, boiled or mashed potatoes. (Source: kartoffelvielfalt.de, bioverita.ch)
