Description
Die relativ neue, mehlige Chips-Kartoffel Rumba wurde speziell für die Verarbeitung zu Chips und Kartoffelbrei ausgelesen. Sie eignet sich aber ebenso gut für Gerichte mit viel Sauce und für Klöße und Reibekuchen. Rumba verträgt sommerliche Trockenheit und tanzt unbeeindruckt von den meisten Kartoffel-Wehwehchen durchs Gartenjahr. Die große Ernte lässt sich bis zum Frühjahr lagern. Unsere Chips-Kartoffel Rumba sollte vor der Pflanzung einige Wochen vorgekeimt werden, um sie in Keimstimmung zu bringen.
