Description
"Double Fun" has a purple skin. Its flesh color is both yellow and purple at the same time. The taste is pleasant, mild to nutty and the consistency is creamy after processing. Particularly attractive and tasty as two-colored chips or as baked and boiled potatoes. It also has good storage properties.
