Light yellow variety. Smooth-skinned. Medium-early to late. Mealy-cooking. Despite the name, old variety from 1894 from Great Britain. Heat tolerant. Numerous, oval-round tubers. Good flavor. Good for purees, soups, dumplings, potato tart dishes, baked potatoes, chips.
