Also known as Andean Sunside. Excellent taste. Fast cooking like the other varieties of the Phureja family (1/3 faster than conventional potato varieties). Yolk-yellow flesh resembles creamy beeswax in consistency and color. Good as baked potato and mashed. Short dormancy, therefore cannot be stored for long. (From erlesene-kartoffeln.de)
