From France. Medium-early variety. Predominantly firm in cooking. Elongated oval, yellow flesh and yellow-purple mottled, smooth skin. Fine, mild taste. Good for fried potatoes, baked potatoes, baked potatoes, boiled potatoes, buttered potatoes.
