Description

Medium-early table potato. Also known as Red Gala. High yield. Excellent taste. Deep yellow flesh color, intense red, fine and smooth skin, and low cooking and raw discoloration. Oval, uniform tubers. Starch content of 13%. Predominantly firm in cooking. Low tendency to black spot and high virus resistance. Robust. Tolerates heat periods well.
