Description

From Scotland. Long oval, golden yellow potatoes that take about 1/3 less time to cook than conventional potatoes. Can not be stored for a long time. Nutty-sweet, very creamy but dry flavor. Good as fried potatoes, steamed potatoes, soup, mashed, dumplings. Medium yield. Maturation time: 130-150 days. Resistant to skin spot and scab.
