King Edward is an old British variety with a special pattern on the skin. The majority of the potato skin is yellow with delicate pink spots. Smooth skin and an excellent taste. Very good, slightly nutty potato flavor. Predominantly firm in cooking. Oval to round. Yellow fleshed. Medium early to late.

Sowing: March-May (avoid frost). Plant out in dry soil. Soil temperature min. 7°C. Pre-sprout from the beginning of March in a warm, light, airy place at approx. 12-15°C until approx. 3-4 cm long shoot tips have formed.
