Description

Medium-early, broad-hulled, green sword bean, suitable for greenhouse and field. Robust and reliable, with long harvest window.... Cooked pods are ideal as cut beans for salads, vegetable garnish and stews.

Not frost resistant

Growing tips

Requires humus soil, mounding recommended. Water in case of drought. Pre-crop 3-4 beans in pots of 7 or 8 and plant out from mid-May. For direct sowing 6-7 beans (spacing approx. 10 cm) per stalk (spacing between stalks/horse approx. 80x100 cm).
