A yellow bean with wide, golden-yellow pods. It is one of the first beans to ripen. Even a less than ideal location with more shade than sun is tolerated by the plants, they still bear early. Threadless, very aromatic and slightly sweet.
Non hybrid
Not frost resistant
Need a climbing aid. Either a wooden framework or corn. Corn must be staked earlier so that the beans do not overgrow it. 3 - 5 seeds (spacing 10 cm) per pole/plant (spacing approx. 50 cm). Mounding improves the stability.
