Description

Very old, small-seeded pearl bean with round, fleshy, curved, green pods. Typical of this variety are the seeds emerging early in the pod (hence the name). Special taste. Classic prepared as pears, beans and bacon. Bush bean, pearl bean, Turkish pea. Long harvest period. (Source: bio-saatgut.de)
