Description

'Purple Vienna' is an old variety with a purple skin and white, tender flesh. The taste is slightly nutty, making it ideal for roasting, cooking or fresh in salads. This variety ripens relatively early from sowing to harvest and is particularly suitable for late sowing at the end of August and winter harvests into December.
