Superschmelz forms tasty, tender, white giant kohlrabi, which do not become woody. High yield, very shoot resistant and with a large growing window. Butter tender, white/light green giant kohlrabi that can grow up to 8 kg when sown early. Grows slowly.

Note crop rotation. Good as an intercrop or postcrop. Regular and even watering is important to prevent bursting of tubers. Good for storage. Germination after 8-15 days at 15-25°C. Do not plant too deep. Do not harvest during frost.
