An early and beautiful blue forcing and outdoor variety. For cultivation under glass and film, and the first sets in the open ground. For the autumn harvest, sowings are possible until the end of July. Azur Star is shoot-resistant, has a beautiful, slightly platy, deep blue, tender tuber with a high stalk. Foliage medium, fine-stemmed. It is characterized by a very delicate taste.
