In the past, the chervil turnip was considered a true delicacy and was served only at the tables of high society. Today, it’s almost forgotten. Its flavor reminds me a lot of our malanga from Cuba. That’s why it holds special value for me—not just culinarily, but emotionally as well. For me, the chervil turnip is a true winter dream—rare, extraordinary, and worth every seed sown. 💚
