... 🤩🤩🤩... The first cucumbers are here!
...yeah, I know, aside from the pickling cucumbers, I should’ve waited a bit longer to harvest them... but I was craving tzatziki so badly—and just like that—the cucumbers were cut 😉...Then, in the evening, a real treat: new potatoes with tzatziki and @ochsenzunge-22893 salad. ..."Yum yum yum," says Karrle 🙄
Tzatziki my way (extremely low-fat; if you can afford it figure-wise, of course use Greek yogurt)
250 g low-fat quark
250 g yogurt (0.1% fat)
Cucumbers, with skin, finely grated
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
Dill, chopped
Mint, chopped
Salt, pepper
Sprinkle the grated cucumbers with a little salt, then let them drain or squeeze out the excess liquid
Mix all the ingredients together—done...😋
Tzatziki is a side dish I use a lot in my summer cooking ...

Die Einlegegurke ist sehr süß. Muss nächstes Jahr damit versuchen. Unsere haben so viele Stachel.
