Description

Old annual lettuce plant with cress-nutty to peppery-bitter taste, rich in vitamins and valuable mustard oil. Leaves are cut in the same way as cut lettuce. Flowers pale yellow to white. Easy to grow, rich in vitamins and healthy. The salad rocket Ruca combines the fast growth of the salad rocket (Eruca sativa) and the intense spicy aroma of the wild rocket (Diplotaxis tenuifolia).
