Yesterday I made some ready-to-eat meals to stock up: tomato sauce and ratatouille (not sure how to spell it) I only had to buy bell peppers and onions. Everything else came from the garden 🥰 I made matbucha last weekend. We eat the good-looking tomatoes as is, and the ones that aren’t so pretty anymore get turned into preserves for the cold season 🥰
