Hi everyone 😃 We harvested potatoes last week. It was a good harvest, though the potatoes weren't very big. We also sowed cover crops right where the potatoes were and planted winter cauliflower and broccoli. The bell peppers are doing great 😋😃 We have so many that we’ve even frozen some. And I pulled up a few grape hyacinths—there were way too many of them. Now’s the best time to see them. I’ll let them dry out for 4 weeks until they’re translucent. Oh, I almost forgot—the strawberries have gone into the garden bed. 😋
