Today’s post is all about using up the harvest. I have to use up the harvest at some point, after all. It’s not quite as hot, so here’s the plum cake I promised. Ich liebe ja auch Stangenbohnen on einer 1a Qualität, aber die hätten m.E. noch was gekonnt. Man sollte die Bohne schon ahnen können

Das sind Buschbohnen.😅 Und ich mag sie lieber zart und nicht zäh.

Warum schnbbelst Du Buschbohnen? Für Gemüse wird Geschnibbelt (ziemlich fein) Buschbohnen für Salat oder mit Speck für die Ofanne werden in Stücke geschnitten.
