You often have to make tough decisions. Before the potatoes end up roasting in the garden bed when the third heat wave hits, I harvested them all. The yield isn’t great, but it could have been worse. I’ve harvested the first beans, small zucchini, the first tomatoes, mini onions, and a nice cooking onion, a snack cucumber, and bitter pickling cucumbers. That’s my biggest flop of the year!!!!

Oh je, hattest du eigenes Saatgut? Im letzten Jahr hatte ich einen bitteren Zucchini- mit gekauftem Saatgut. Das ist echt ärgerlich.
