My First #PotatoHarvest
At first, I thought the potatoes planted in clay soil (and in the greenhouse) would barely produce any tubers because they were growing so tall and spindly, but I’m actually pleased with this yield.
It was twice as much as what’s shown in this photo.
The second row is still standing—that’s the one with the Colorado potato beetles. These varieties still need time to ripen.

In diesem Jahr war ich sehr spät mit den Kartoffeln dran und irgendwie wachsen sie auch nicht so gut und konstant wie sonst. Aber ich lass mich einfach mal überraschen…. 
wir haben aber auch nicht viele Kartoffeln – man könnte dazu #Testbeet sagen. 🤭😅
🤔 Es kann sein das du zu viel oder zu lange mit Stickstoff gedüngt hast. Und deshalb so lang und dünn.
Wenn die Kartoffeln Blüten NICHT mehr mit Stickstoff düngen. Ab dann bildet die Kartoffelnpflanzen Kartoffeln 🥔🥰
