Does anyone have any experience with butter cabbage (yes, butter cabbage)? I hear it's supposed to be Brazil's national vegetable.

Ich habe den letztes Jahr das erste Mal angebaut und bin begeistert. Erinnert an Wirsing vom Blatt ist aber viel zarter und schmeckt auch lecker im Salat. Dieses Jahr habe ich mehr davon angebaut und sie wachsen alle super! Ich freu mich jetzt schon auf die Ernte.

Danke. Ziehe auch gerade welche vor, das erste mal. Man kann auch Saft draus machen, soll scheußlich schmecken, aber gesund sein
