My overwintered physalis# is thriving! Back in March/April, it was still full of vigorous shoots with sparse foliage and swarming with aphids—now it’s been on the balcony since the end of May—pruned back to just a few shoots (originally) and aphid-free! Some beneficial insects were happy to have a meal—I didn’t need to use any aphid control products at all. It looks much better than it did last year after sowing. #garden for lazy people

Ich bewundere und staune immer wieder wie ihr eure Pflanzen über den deutschen Winter bringt. Ich vergesse die immer 🙈
