The garden is coming to life. *Mammoth and Green Beauty pea flowers. *Won't be long now for Patio Pride peas. *Potato flowers mean new potatoes soon. *Harvested onions I grew from store bought onion bottoms. *Seven Top Turnips harvested. * Orange spice thyme in bloom. * Strawberries are just getting started. I get one a day like a vitamin.

I think I only planted those two varieties in this bed and they are green. I didn’t deliberately plant any purple padded peas this year. Or yellow ones either for that matter. The flower on your pea plant is beautiful!

I looked these up. They retain the purple color when cooked. May have to get some of these for next year.
