Can I move tasks?

Yes, you can push a task back by one week if you don't have time to do it or don't see the need. You can move it more than once, too.

If instead you want to grow plants at a different time, move them in the season overview. There you can edit the sowing or planting-out date, as long as you have a Super Fryd account.
