Today we prepared many of the garden beds in the open area for winter. We removed the old, spent plants or simply mowed them down. The mulch from mowing will be tilled into the soil as green manure, and then buckwheat will be sown on top of it.

Ja, wir düngen kaum, und wenn dann nur mit Horngries und mit Komposterde. Nachdem alles "schwarz" ist, wird die Fläche dann mit Plane abgedeckt , um zu verhindern dass Licht aufs Unkraut kommt.
