... A few years ago, among my home-grown tomatoes, I found a variety that was completely out of the ordinary...😳 ... Most importantly: It had beautiful, large fruits and was exceptionally tasty. Cross-pollination, a spontaneous mutation—who knows? 🤷... In any case, I decided to keep propagating it and christened it with the noble title “Rote vom Freihof” ☺️...Last year, surprisingly, it produced significantly smaller fruits, and the shape was different from the previous year 😳 …what remained was the outstanding flavor 😋…of course, it got another chance this year… what can I say?: This year, it’s surprising me with very large fruits that, interestingly, have almost no seeds... The flavor is still top-notch! ...If I manage to grow young plants from the few seeds, I’m curious to see how it will surprise me next season...🤔

Deine Rote vom Freihof lacht ja! 😃 Das musst du unbedingt kultivieren. Stell dir vor deine Tomaten lachen dich immer an, wenn du sie aufschneidest!
