After my vacation, the zucchini just exploded. When they're this big, I love making a spicy chutney out of them 😋 You can find the recipe in the photos 👩🏼‍🍳 I leave out the Mondamin because it already tastes very intense without it and, in my opinion, doesn’t need any flavor enhancer 😉
