After we had made braised cucumbers and honey-mustard pickles today, we had a cucumber-bell pepper pizza for lunch. It was nice and crispy, and the cucumber pieces were nice and fruity, but not watery. We topped it with mountain savory, hyssop, and caraway mountain mint.
