I’ve harvested another whole crateful, and I have no idea what to do with it all yet. 😂 Two varieties of potatoes: Belana and Annabelle. I added my neighbor’s currants to my granola earlier, and tomorrow they’ll be turned into jam. And I’ve got a fresh supply of beans, zucchini, and tomatoes. The beans are already blanched and frozen, and the zucchini and tomatoes are going into the ratatouille tonight 😋
