Some tomatoes from this season. The first one is an Azozychka—I really like the taste. The second is a Pelino. Then there’s Märchenzauber and Blusch Tiger. I’m having a bit of trouble with the Eduardo this year—the bottom two tiers are fine, but the rest have been lost to blossom end rot. The last two are among my favorite tomatoes, but I don’t know their names. The Roma tomato plant is growing huge, and the fruits are spaced far apart. Maybe someone can give me a clue as to its name. The pink-fleshed tomato is a heirloom variety. I’ve already grown various similar tomato varieties but haven’t found one quite like it yet. It’s pink, has normal leaves, and grows over 2 meters tall. It’s slightly less acidic and sometimes has a green collar with a thin skin. This year I’ve had a severe infestation of whiteflies. Since I didn’t want to use any pesticides, the infestation has now reached the sticky stage. Is there anything I can still do to save the plants? Gray mold hasn’t formed yet. I hope I can at least make it through until the end of August without any fungal diseases.
