New try, new luck? 🤔
...Two years ago, I made pickled cucumbers for the first time.
The fermentation went just fine, but the result was a culinary disaster...😳 ...I could have easily spread those pickles on a piece of bread, they were so soft and mushy...so today: another try. If this doesn’t work out again, I’ll just have to settle for store-bought pickles again...🤷

Ich hatte ein Rezept mit Weinblättern, hat gut funktioniert. Angeblich sorgen die dafür, dass die Gurken knackig bleiben.
