Well, it’s a little late in the season for eggplants, tomatoes, and pole beans. But the bed had been occupied the whole time by the strawberries with root rot. So first I had to thoroughly clean it up and also dig out all the field bindweed. So I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere with the no-dig method 😢 Sometimes you just have to bend the rules a little 😁
