Some of my garlic plants are falling over. Is that a sign that they need to be harvested? 🧄

Bei mir sieht es ähnlich aus.
Ich habe zum Test eine Knollen geerntet, der war noch nicht soweit, also lagerfähig, geschmeckt hat er trotzdem😋
Ich würde noch etwa 2 Wochen warten, bis das Grün schon etwas strohig wird.
