Since we were talking about this the other day—here are my varieties and colors of columbine, though the white one is becoming increasingly rare. I have to propagate it specifically to keep it around. And a few more garden snapshots... The Rosa rubiginosa had self-seeded in front of the Kizi window a few years ago. It went without blooming for ages. This spring, while pruning it, I told it that it had until the end of the year to show off its blooms, otherwise I’d pull it out. Well, the pressure worked 😉—it’s blooming! And guys, I totally freaked out today when I finally, finally spotted the big bumblebee aka carpenter bee in my garden (unfortunately too quickly, so no photo). 😍😍😍 Slowly but surely, the effort of redesigning is paying off. @PeaChes Your comfrey is thriving! Things are going well in the vegetable patch. And for the midnight snapshot, since I don’t have my own, I’ll have to make do with the neighbors’ greenhouse, which I’m looking at.
