@Lemons #harvesting. There are a number of guidelines for when to harvest lemons: they should be fragrant, slightly soft, the color doesn’t necessarily matter, etc. I recently harvested a lemon where the seeds inside had already sprouted green shoots!? Is that a sign that I harvested it too late? It felt pretty firm to the touch.
