#lemongrass I'm pretty happy with the experiment. I grew it from a stem I bought. This is only about half the harvest; the rest is still in the pot in the greenhouse. Some of the stems are frozen individually, and some are chopped up. I also freeze the beautiful leaves. I then cook them in sauces for a longer time so they release enough flavor.
