Well, friends, here’s an update on the green tomatoes Chutney: It tastes amazingly good. I did tweak the recipe, though. I added ginger and chili. I’m really surprised by how it turned out. It tastes amazingly good. If my family likes it, I’ll make more and give some away. The remaining tomatoes are ripening and will be used in dishes or boiled down into sauce and preserved. Now I’m off to the theater 😊
