Description

Purple Haze F1' is a hybrid variety with 20-25 cm long, smooth roots. This carrot is classic carrot orange at the core and red-purple on the outside. Carrots are versatile as a raw vegetable (salad), as a cooked or stewed vegetable, in stews, soups or as a freshly squeezed juice. The hybrid can be stored into winter and is tolerant to carrot fly.
