F1 hybrid 'Rubyprince' is yellow in the center, while the rest of the beet has a red color. It has a very high content of natural lycopene, which makes it a very sweet, crunchy "health carrot". Cylindrical shape with a length of about 20-25cm. (from Kiepenkerl)
